🛏️ #2: Not washing your pillow case every week. Bonus - use a silk pillow case and a free and gentle detergent.

🤚🏽 #3: Touching your face constantly. Sometimes we’re not even aware how often we do this, but try to be more conscious about not touching your face with dirty hands.
