Not everyone with hair loss is deficient.
Not everyone needs iron, biotin, or a trendy “hair growth” supplement.
Hair loss is a symptom. The cause can be ferritin, thyroid signaling, inflammation, stress, hormones, or something else entirely.

Perfect example of misleading hair growth ads.
This is why you have to read ads carefully.
These photos were clearly taken at the same time. Same lighting, same hair, same moment. Yet it’s presented as a before and after. And in the fine print it literally says simulated results.
That’s not transformation. That’s marketing.
Hair loss is emotional and people deserve honesty, not illusions created by angles and editing. Real change takes time, biology, and consistency. Not a single product and a clever photo.
Hair myth: washing and brushing causes more hair loss?

Daylight savings can disrupt our circadian rhythm ( the body’s natural 24-hour cycle of physical, mental, and behavioral change) lack of sleep can have major effects on hair growth and hair loss.
This week we will dive deep into what hinders and helps sleep.
It’s a great reminder to know how much this matters for our bodies, brain and our hair.
Hairs sticking out is my favorite annoying thing to see!!
On your hair growth journey it’s important to look for progress. A white sheet of paper is a great way to tell.
Also look for:
• New baby hairs filling in thin spots
• Thicker ponytail or fuller hairline
• Less shedding week to week
• Calmer, less irritated scalp
• Clear photo changes every 4–6 weeks in the same lighting
Progress is slow and cyclical. Stay consistent! You got this!
