Air Fryer Double Cheeseburgers

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)

4 burger buns (sesame seed, like in photo)

4 slices American cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup diced onions

½ cup sliced pickles

Special sauce (mayonnaise + ketchup + mustard + relish + paprika/garlic powder mix)

Salt & pepper

Instructions:

Form the Patties

Divide ground beef into 4 portions (about ¼ lb each).

Gently shape into patties, slightly wider than the buns (they shrink as they cook).

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder if you like.

Preheat the Air Fryer

Set to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

Cook the Patties

Place patties in a single layer in the basket (don’t overcrowd).

Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp is at least 160°F (71°C).

In the last 1–2 minutes, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

Toast the Buns (Optional)

Lightly butter the buns and pop them in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes until golden.

Assemble the Burgers

Spread sauce on bottom bun.

Add lettuce, pickles, onions.

Place one cheesy patty, then another (for double stack).

Add more sauce, top with bun.

🌟 Tips & Variations:

For a “Big Mac style,” add an extra middle bun layer.

Swap American cheese for cheddar, Swiss, or pepper jack for more flavor.

Use ground chicken or turkey for a leaner version.

Air Fryer Chicken Thighs 🍗🔥

Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly crispy every time!

Ingredients:

Bone-in chicken thighs

½ tbsp garlic powder

2 tsp paprika

1 tbsp dried thyme

½ tsp salt

2 tsp brown sugar

2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes and line the basket with parchment paper.

Mix garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and brown sugar in a bowl.

Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and coat evenly with the dry rub.

Place chicken skin-side down in the basket, drizzle with olive oil. (Cook in batches if needed.)

Air fry for 8 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–10 minutes depending on size.

Check for doneness: chicken should reach an internal temp of 74°C with crispy skin.

Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside — delicious! 😋

Easy Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Marinade:

500g chicken, cut into pieces

1 cup yogurt

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

For the Biryani:

2 cups basmati rice, washed and soaked for 30 mins

2 large onions, thinly sliced (for biryani and garnish)

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

2 green chilies, slit

Whole spices: 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves, 4 green cardamom pods, 1-inch cinnamon stick

1/4 cup chopped mint leaves

1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

2 tbsp oil or ghee

1/2 tsp biryani masala

Saffron strands soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken with all the marinade ingredients. Mix well and set aside for at least 30 minutes.

Fry onions: Heat oil/ghee in a large pot. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove half for garnish.

Cook the base: In the same pot, add the remaining onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until fragrant. Add tomatoes, green chilies, and whole spices. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

Add chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the pot. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until it's half-cooked. Stir in mint and coriander leaves.

Layer the biryani: Drain the soaked rice and add it directly over the chicken. Gently add enough water to cover the rice (about 1.5 cups). Add salt and biryani masala.

"Dum" cooking: Cover the pot tightly. Cook on high heat until it starts to boil, then reduce heat to low. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked and all the water has been absorbed. You can add the saffron milk on top before covering.

Serve: Garnish with the crispy fried onions and serve hot.

This weekend I made tater tot casserole and it was out of this world 🌎😍❤️
1 pound ground beef

1 cup sour cream

2 cans cream of chicken soup

Shredded cheese

2 Pound bag of tater tots

Any seasonings you want

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

Cook the beef

Add the tater tots to a 9x13 dish and bake for 35-40 mins

Add the soup, sour cream and seasonings (I used garlic powder and onion powder) to the beef and mix.

Spread on top of the tater tots, bake for 20 mins

Add shredded cheese and bake for another 15-20 mins until it looks like so 🥰🥰 enjoy!!

Ingredients

1 stick unsalted butter (½ cup)

1 cup whole milk

¾ cup all-purpose flour

3 large eggs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously grease a muffin tin (important — these puff up quite a bit!).

Heat the butter and milk:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter in the milk and bring just to a boil. Remove from heat.

Add the flour:

Quickly stir in the flour and a pinch of salt until the mixture forms a smooth dough and pulls away from the sides of the pan (like pâte à choux).

Cool slightly:

Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes. Then beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition until smooth and glossy. (You can use a mixer or elbow grease!)

Optional sweetness:

Stir in 1 tbsp sugar if you want a hint of sweetness in the base.

Fill and bake:

Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1 pot spaghetti sauce
8 oz cream cheese
1⁄4 cup sour cream
1⁄2 lb white cheese (equivalent to 1 cup)
1⁄2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 pkg de spaghetti 16 oz
Cheddar râpé
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350°. Boil your spaghetti noodles to al dente (farm). Drain and put away till it's ready to be
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and white cheese until well combined.
Browning your burger and when it's done, drain well. Match the burger with your spaghetti sauce.
Put a few slices of butter in a 9x13 pan and pour half of your spaghetti noodles on top.
Grab your cream cheese mix and pour it over the noodles. Nice spread on the noodles.
Pour the rest of the noodles over the cream cheese mixture. Put a few more slices of butter over the noodles.
Pour your spaghetti and meat sauce over your noodles.
Now it's ready to go in the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes pour desired amount of grated cheese on top and return to oven for 15 minutes to melt cheese

Ingredients:

2 eggs
A pinch of salt
½ cup sugar (100 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Cooking chicken thighs in the air fryer is currently my (healthy) obsession and, honestly, the best thing EVER! These bone-in thighs are crispy on the outside yet very juicy on the inside. Hope you can give this recipe a try!
Ingredients:
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
Optional: dried herbs like thyme or rosemary for additional flavor
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Thighs:Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps to ensure crispy skin.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and any optional dried herbs.
Coat the Chicken Thighs:Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat them evenly.
Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 3 minutes.
Air Fry the Chicken Thighs:Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down. Cook at 360°F (182°C) for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, flip the chicken thighs over. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes at the same temperature, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.

I’ve made plenty of savory dishes in the air fryer, but never sweet baked goods—until now. As a baker, I decided it was time to take the plunge, and honestly, I’m amazed at how well these turned out! This is such a fun weekend recipe to try with the kids. They’re not quite a donut, not quite a muffin—call them Duffins (or Muffnuts if you like). Whatever the name, they bake beautifully in the air fryer!

Duffins (Makes 6)

Ingredients

1 egg

60 ml milk

40 ml vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

75 g caster sugar

100 g self-raising flour

For the filling & topping

Jam or Nutella

20 g melted butter

20 g granulated sugar

Method

1. Line silicone cupcake cases with paper cases (or use the silicone ones as they are).

2. In a bowl, whisk together the oil, milk, vanilla, and egg until smooth. Add the sugar and flour, mixing just until combined—don’t overmix or you’ll lose the fluffiness.

3. Spoon 1 tbsp of batter into each case, then add 1 tsp of filling (jam or Nutella both work wonderfully). Keep the filling in the center so it doesn’t split the duffin.

4. Cover with another spoonful of batter.

5. Place the cases in your air fryer and bake at 160°C for 17 minutes using the bake setting—no preheating required. Resist the urge to peek, as opening the drawer too soon may cause them to sink.

6. While still warm, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Let them cool just slightly (the filling will be hot!) and enjoy while they’re still warm.

🛒 Ingredients:

2 large russet or Yukon gold potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

🥣 Instructions:

1. Prep the Potatoes:

Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skin on.

Place each potato between two wooden spoons or chopsticks.

Slice thin slits about ⅛ inch apart, cutting down until the knife hits the spoons (so you don’t cut all the way through).

2. Season:

Brush potatoes generously with olive oil or melted butter, making sure some seeps between the slices.

Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Air Fry:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

Place potatoes in the basket and cook for 25–30 minutes, brushing with extra oil halfway through.

When nearly done, sprinkle cheese on top and air fry for another 3–4 minutes until melted and bubbly.

4. Garnish & Serve:

Top with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Optional: add sour cream, bacon bits, or chives for a loaded version.
