I am Lorin Calhoun, the founder, owner, and co-creator of Creative Attributes. My faith is the most important part of who I am. Women and mental health awareness are two significant motivators for me. I am a candle-obsessed, Arnold Palmer-drinking, taco salad-loving gal. You may see me wearing big afros, but my compassionate and giving heart is much bigger. I am a treasured child of God, a follower of Jesus, and a lifelong collaborator with the Holy Spirit.

So glad I caught this segment on Good Morning America with Naomi Osaka & Robin Roberts GMA.
We are taught to "be strong, keep going even if you are about to fall apart."
But NO 🙅🏾♀️. It isn't healthy.
