Hello Bloom friends! We're excited to ask for your help! Did you know that peanut butter is the most requested item at shelters? Some of the people I cherish most are celebrated this month. Here at Bloom, we believe everyone should be able to be who they are without judgment.

I haven’t made a Pride post yet because I struggle to express myself without showing anger. I’m upset that the coworkers, family, and friends I love STILL face hardship just for who they are. I’m upset that the stories I’ve heard about their childhood and lives aren’t as simple as mine just because of who they love. I’m upset that laws still influence their marriages. I’m upset that they still face hatred. I’m upset that we are still fighting this fight. I’ll truly never understand.

That said, Bloom will be CELEBRATING Pride because some of the best humans I know are part of the LGBTQ+ community and they deserve to be celebrated. I hope you’ll do the same.
