5 THINGS YOU DON’T NEED TO APOLOGIZE FOR AT YOUR MASSAGE APPOINTMENT! 💆🏽‍♀️❤️

Let me put your mind at ease…

1️⃣ BODY HAIR
You don’t have to shave before you come see me. It’s a massage appointment—not a shaving inspection! 😂

2️⃣ HOW YOUR BODY LOOKS
Stretch marks, cellulite, loose skin, scars or body size—you don’t owe me an apology. I’m here to care for you, not judge you.

3️⃣ FALLING ASLEEP OR SNORING
Get comfortable and rest! If you drift off, there’s no need to apologize when you wake up. 😴

4️⃣ YOUR STOMACH GROWLING
Bodies make noises! No embarrassment necessary.

5️⃣ NOT FEELING LIKE TALKING
Want to chat? That’s fine. Want some quiet? That’s fine, too. Just speak up if you need a change in pressure or anything feels uncomfortable.

What DO I care about? That you feel safe, respected, heard and comfortable throughout your session. 🙌🏽

At A Better U Massage, you don’t have to show up looking perfect. Come receive the care you scheduled. ❤️

Good morning! ☀️❤️ God gave us another day, and I’m grateful! Whatever yesterday looked like, don’t let it steal today’s joy. Smile, say a prayer, and keep going! 🙌🏽

These hands have not be polished in 30 years🤗🤷🏽‍♀️💯today they got a little color today💅🏽🥰 First time having my nails polished since becoming a massage therapist, and I LOVE them! ❤️ abetterumassage.com

Out walking Prince this morning, and we ran into one of his little neighborhood friends! 🐶🐾 Of course, we had to stop so they could catch up on the neighborhood business. 😂 I thought we were getting our steps in, but apparently I’m just his chauffeur to the morning meet and greet! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣❤️

The birthday celebration is still going! 😂🎉 My friend and I enjoyed lunch at Local Lime today to celebrate my 57th birthday! 🌮🎂❤️Good food, sweet friendship, and another reason to thank God for another year of life. And yes, we made room for dessert! 🍨😋57 and feeling loved! 🥰

Good morning and happy Saturday! ❤️🙌🏽
I’ve got my smile on, my comfy shoes on, and I’m letting the Lord handle what I can’t because worrying is NOT on today’s to do list! 😂👍🏽

“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalm 118:24

Whatever this week brought you, take a breath. You don’t have to have everything figured out to enjoy today. There’s still room for a laugh, a little rest, and a fresh start. God hasn’t forgotten you! ❤️
Pray about what’s heavy. Make room for what’s good. Walk into today with faith and purpose.
