My baby girl was born 9 years ago next week. My priority was and always will be Mom first. In the past 9 years I’ve lived 9 lives in a way. I’ve gone from mommy to Mom. From preschool kitchen cook, preschool teachers aid, to student, to preschool teacher. What has remained constant in all of these beautiful chapters is that I have been a mother and a hairstylist first. Although my hours were limited at En Gedi many of you still chose me. You chose me for your weekend visits, your home visits, my home visits, your weddings and all the beautiful moments in between. Thank you will never suffice. You have allowed me to continue living my dream in small doses for almost a decade. My 19 year career has blessed me immensely and I hope another 30 years are still on the horizon. With all of that being said, you will now find me as of August 29th back behind the chair FULL TIME at Bottega Salon in Littleton. My heart has always been in the hair, those of you who have remained constant have always known. I look forward to seeing so many of you. I hope to revisit old friendships and make many new ones. The books are open as of today! All appointments can be made via the website, the salon phone number or myself directly. I’d like to call it a comeback, but in actuality it’s a rebirth! Let’s do the thing!

My nearest and dearest this is an open letter to you. Monday August 30, 2021 starts my next adventure. As many of you know I have been back in school the past few semesters perusing my certification to teach preschool. While I still have a journey ahead of me continuing my education for a degree in special education my first full time teaching position begins on Monday. I’ve been fortunate to stand behind the chair for almost 20 years. My plans, for now, still include you. You will find me at En Gedi Salon consistently on the 2nd Saturday of each month as I still have such a love for doing hair. If COVID has taught us anything it is that we must take care of our families and we must take care of one another. If I am still fortunate enough to serve you know that my gratitude is immense. If the time is now that we part ways please know that my hope is that you look back at your time with me fondly. It has been a pleasure and a joy to be a part of your life in some small way. I wish all of you nothing but good health and happiness always. Cheers to the next chapter, literally and figuratively. 📚❤️
