Inhale.Notice any sensations in your feet.
Exhale.Feel your feel firmly beneath you.
2–
Inhale. Notice any sensations in your legs
Exhale.Feel your legs grow heavy as they relax.
3–
Inhale. Notice the expansion of your belly.
Exhale. Feel your low back lengthen.
4–
Inhale. Notice the expansion of your chest and upper back.
Exhale. Feel your shoulders relax downward.
5–
Inhale. Notice the sensation of air moving through your nose and throat.
Exhale. Feel your neck lengthen as tension releases.
