7 pounds 7 ounces of God’s love

Our lives are changed forever. I truly cannot find the words to even begin to describe how I feel. If I could bottle up every emotion and feeling these last four days, I’d never let it go. I was so scared Thursday morning when we went in, but now I see it was beyond worth every second of pain and fear and doubt. I would do it all over again- over and over and over for this sweet babe. If you need evidence of Gods never ending love and grace or that miracles exists, you are looking right at it. He is truly, truly, truly a perfect blessing from Heaven.

And ohhh boy did I think I loved my husband while I was pregnant. He has waited on me hand and foot- literally fed me like a baby myself. I cannot begin to tell you how blessed I feel to have the love and support I have from that man. I am just absolutely blessed to have his unfailing love and support. I would not ever want to go through this again without him. Watching him become a father is one of the most beautiful things I have ever been a part of in my life.

It’s so surreal to f i n a l l y be sitting here announcing my very own little babe to the world. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone who has loved on us and supported us and checked on us and most importantly, PRAYED for us. Not just this year, but over these last 10+ years of trying. Don’t ever give up on your biggest hopes and dreams, and don’t ever give up on the fact that God is real and his TIMING is so real. Everything I’ve been through makes so much sense now. I’m so grateful for God’s grace and timing that has prepared me for this moment to be his mama. It all makes sense now. I love you with ALL my heart, baby Jax. I promise you to never go a day without knowing how much I love you.

First trimester- I was so sick & depressed some days I wanted to quit my job and live on the couch.
Fast forward- tired as hell & p u f f y 🫠, but we made it all the way to three days before my due date.

A lot of days weren’t easy. But I was determined to finish the race. Feeling pretty proud of myself. A lot of people told me I wouldn’t make it, and that I was crazy to work this long..well, challenge accepted and completed. 🤠

I just really wanted to post to say t h a n k y o u to my amazing and supportive clients who have stuck by my side through it all. Aside from being pregnant, I feel like so much has happened and changed for me, and at times, I felt like the world was closing in on me. But the love and support you have all given me, has carried me through. One thing I love about my job, is when I’m feeling down, y’all always help me in some way. Whether it’s just distracting me and talking about other things to clear my mind, or being an open ear and a shoulder to cry on, I’ll cherish the precious moments and conversations I’ve had with each of you.

My clients do so much for me..you keep a roof over my head, you feed my family, you put gas in my car, and now, most importantly, you’ve allowed me to do the things I need to prepare for this sweet miracle from, decorating a nursery to saving up for a maternity leave so I can be home for a little while with this little angel. You’ve helped a lot of my little dreams come true.

Anyways, if you’ve made it this far, I just wanted to share how grateful I am and how blessed I feel to have EVERY single one of you in my chair. I love my job so so much, and you all make it so worth fighting through the hard days.

I’m ready to enjoy this break, but I can’t wait to catch up with you soon and make you beautiful.
