Here is The Hair Shack's appointment policy! I dont have any issues with most of my amazing clients no showing, being late, or cancelling last minute, and i do understand things happen. I hate that I had to start enforcing this, but this is how i pay my bills. I hope you all understand! ❤

For a while now i have been requiring a $25 non refundable booking fee, which goes twards your total to cover products purchased and solidifies your appointment slot.
