Happy Monday afternoon! After 4 months of life not being my normal, I've been released from my surgeon. To celebrate, I've opened my schedule starting next week for online booking once again. I cannot wait to see everyone again.

Due to unforeseen health issues, I'll be TEMPORARILY closing Aquamarine Massage Therapy. I've had two surgeries within a weeks time, and now it's time to heal up. Once I've been released to work, I'll be back. Trust me, I'm climbing the walls with boredom.

Today I had a client that LOVES cupping, and she shared these with me today. Those 'bruises' (petechiae) are places of tension that needed some extra attention. It was fun to feel how her muscles released and relaxed at those tension points. She loved it so much, she sent pictures and let me share them.

These cup marks lessen within a few days to a week, and are not painful. They promote blood circulation and healing. I'm always amazed how different a muscle feels when cupping is used.

Last week I was given the opportunity to massage this lovely couple at their home. It was refreshing and wonderful to do what I love while outdoors. Thank you to this lovely family for allowing me in their home.
