If your sensitive skin does not seem to like you very much, here’s 2 quick tips:
1) cut out fragrance from your product lineup wherever possible. Fragrance (or parfum) is notorious for irritating sensitive skin.
2) cut out products containing SLS, which is Sodium Laurel/Laureth Sulfate. This ingredient is in SO MANY products, like shampoo, hand soap, and even toothpaste, so read your ingredients carefully.
And if your in perimenopause, you will probably need your reading glasses. Because, shoot. That font is small.
