Good Afternoon! It's been some uncertain times, and over 2.5 months since we have known anything except the insides of our homes, and netflix! I know that this has been trying on all of your patience, but I am so proud that most of you have really killed it at this stay at home business!

To prep all of you for the new way we will all have to experience our hairdo's, please read the following guidelines that we have been issued and are implementing at our salon.

My new salon days are Sundays and Mondays, we will only have one stylist and one client at a time in the salon.
Appointments are required, and only pre-scheduled services will be honored, due to sanitization requirements and need for appointment timeliness. Please no surprise 'asks'.
Client promptness for their scheduled appointments is vital. If client is tardy, appointment will be shortened accordingly/or asked to reschedule.
Mask/facial coverings are required. This is not optional. I will have triple layer surgical type masks available if needed. Please message me privately, I will be more than happy to tell you why.
Upon arriving at salon for your appointment, text me letting me know you are here. I will meet you at the door, we will sanitize hands. Please only bring your keys/phone/wallet/drink if needed. Anything else should be left in your car or at home.
Please log in to your schedulicity account and opt-in for text message updates. This will keep us on the same page, and no "oops" moments.
Please understand that last minute cancellations not only affect me~I only get paid if I work~but other clients could have been in your spot. Notice under 24 hours is unacceptable. I practice common courtesy, and expect the same.
Please also understand that sadly costs of doing business have risen. And as with all things, it rolls downhill. I absolutely hate raising prices, so approximately 10-15% depending on your service will be an expected addition.
Do feel safe in knowing that salons have always used disinfectants/fumigants that kill a variety of those disgusting things we all love to hate. We sanitize sanitize sanitize for your safety, always.
We are still waiting on an update from the city of long beach on our exact open date, but this is a start to getting ourselves back into a 'new normal'. I truly hope you were all healthy, happy, and safe during this time. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions at all.

Good afternoon, I am saddened that these times we get together for a normally positive experience, have been darkened by the scary times in which we live.

In the salon, we always practice cleanliness with the strongest barbicides, and sanitizers. We have added extra measures of caution for the safety of all of our health as well.

However, due to the goverment recommending/shutting down gathering spots to prevent the spread of this contagious illness, I feel it is my responsibility to make the hard decision to keep all of us healthy and reschedule this weeks' appointments with the possibility of next weeks' schedule as needed.

It truly sickens and saddens me to put you all through this unfortunate change....as I truly love doing your hair and seeing your faces. We must all work together to keep the at risk safe and healthy.

We will all be more thankful for the small things we get to live daily....when this whole mess is OVER.
