From the Schwartz Family, please read:
It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the death of our beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, Michael Schwartz.
Effie & Co. remains closed at this time and all appointments have been canceled. Due to COVID restrictions and circumstances, the salon's reopening remains uncertain. If we are able to put together a plan for reopening the salon we will update our page.
In lieu of sending flowers, please consider a donation in Michael Schwartz's name to The LGBTQ Center Long Beach: https://www.centerlb.org/donate/. Michael helped so many people during his life and we feel that donations to help others will honor his memory well.
