🙋🏻‍♀️ Who is ready to get in the best shape possible in 42 DAYS?! Deets below 👇🏽 

1️⃣ Small Calorie Deficit
We will start with a small deficit. 
Why? Drastically dropping your calories risks losing your hard-earned muscles, and you can end up “skinny fat”

2️⃣ High Protein Intake (*0.8-1.2g per lb of body weight or ideal body weight) I will calculate this for you! 
High protein helps preserve muscle in a deficit and we NEED to hold onto as much muscle as possible to look “toned”

3️⃣ Weight Training (3-5x/ week)
Weight training is the BEST & MOST effective way to shape your body & preserve muscle in a deficit. You can train anywhere between 3-6 days/ week during the challenge.

4️⃣ Daily Step Target:
This will be individualized for everyone! Please start tracking your steps now, so we can adjust when we start. You can use a fitness watch OR download a free app, such as StepsApp

5️⃣ Prioritize Sleep
Adequate sleep (7-9 hours) will maximize your recovery, stress management, hormone health, help you control your appetite, and optimize fat loss.

6️⃣ Creatine (Optional, but Recommended)
It will help you lift heavier, work out longer,  help you retain/gain muscle, look more toned. TIP: If you will be tracking your body weight, please start taking creatine now, so you can get more accurate data. I linked my favorite brand in my bio!

7️⃣ Avoid Alcohol:
While I typically advocate for moderation, if we’re truly committed to maximizing results over the next 6 weeks, I highly recommend completely avoiding alcohol! If you can’t, limit it as much as you can.
