I was getting ready to move up my assistant’s extensions today and couldn’t believe how perfectly her install had grown out. 🤍

I asked her, “Who did your last install?”

She looked at me and said, “You did, Krista.”

I honestly forgot. 😂

As stylists, we spend so much time focused on maintenance appointments that we don’t always get to appreciate how important a quality install really is. When an extension installation is done correctly, the grow-out is seamless, healthy, and makes maintenance so much easier.

Moments like this remind me to be proud of the work we do—even months later. ✨

Love a good refresh , 👌🏻we changed her look mainly with her cut. We added a lot more layers, so there’s a lot more movement within the hair and then her usual color retouch
