Rosehawk Salon

When I created Rosehawk Salon it was with the goal of providing my clients, friends, family and team a fun and welcoming place to call their “Salon.” Over the past 5 years, the “Salon” has become so much more and that is many thanks to you – you trusted us with more than your hair: you shared your pains, fears and struggles; your upcoming vacations, loss of a parent, new home purchase, graduations and promotions and the in-between. I will miss that part most of being a Stylist most of all. Being a stylist – “doing hair” is absolutely a skillset I am proud to claim and most certainly going to miss but having clients share their stories & open their hearts – that is my joy, my success, my biggest accomplishment and ultimately what I will grieve the most.

Coming to this decision was absolutely challenging but also necessary for my health. Please know my heart breaks with my exit. I do want everyone to know that I am going to be okay.

I will miss my life’s work and all of you more than a letter can share. Thank you for your many years of trust and loyalty. You have a very special place in my heart.

Dear 2020, It has been a tough year for the world but we wouldn’t want to navigate it with anyone else. We are so thankful and appreciative to you and our amazing team of stylists for your trust, patience and support during a year that would have been even more challenging without it. We are GRATEFUL and can’t wait to see mask-free faces and give out bear hugs again.

We reopen May 15th and understand your concerns! As a reminder: We have outdone ourselves in preparing our business to reopen our doors, invite you in and ensure you feel SAFE. We can’t wait to see you!

The safety of our team and our clients is essential to us. Here is what you can expect:

✔️ Cleaned and/or disinfected surfaces, implements, capes and towels
✔️ Removed any non-essential items throughout our salon
✔️ Discontinued the practice of hand-shaking and other non-essential contact
✔️ Retrained our team on infection control and hand hygiene practices
✔️ All team members will wear a mask
✔️ Masks are required of clients entering the salon
✔️ No more than 10 individuals in the salon at a time
✔️ Temperatures will be taken for anyone entering the salon

We do all of this to ensure we are protecting you and our team. We can not wait to see you, freshen up your hair and pamper you just a bit. We have missed you so much.

BIG NEWS! We are preparing for our reopening on May 15th and finding hand sanitizer has been a battle. BUT, we finally found some and are so thankful for Spirit Hound Distillers - you saved the day!! 🤗 thank you!!!

Never did we imagine the beautiful outcome that is now Rosehawk Salon and NEVER could we have imagined being in the midst of a pandemic. What we did envision, of course, was a place where everyone felt welcome - it’s all of you who make Rosehawk Salon what it is today. You, our clients, friends and family, have been so supportive, loyal and kind to us. Each day we walk into the salon, turn on the lights, turn up the music, check our schedules and look forward to seeing you…to talking with you.

As much as we are stylists, we are listeners. We laugh with you, cry with you, celebrate and high-five with you. We lean in closer when you want to share something private, we are quiet when your day demands it, we are ENGAGED because we care about you…not just your gorgeous hair. We get to KNOW you.
