Jessica Reeder Ayala, RN is a board-certified Registered Nurse and the owner and lead injector at Rewind Med Spa in Longmont, Colorado, serving clients throughout the Front Range and surrounding areas, with mobile services available upon request. With over 26 years of experience in the medical field, Jessica is known for her advanced aesthetic expertise, artistic eye, and patient-centered approach.
Jessica specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation and wellness treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, IV therapy, vitamin injections, medical weight loss injections, and advanced skin and hair restoration therapies. Her work focuses on achieving natural, refreshed results while enhancing each client’s unique features.
She earned her nursing degree from Iowa Valley Community College and has held diverse roles throughout her career, the majority involving hospital nursing, including travel nursing in California, positions at Good Samaritan, North Suburban, Rocky Mountain Poison Control, and Kaiser Permanente.
Driven by compassion and integrity, Jessica believes in educating her patients, listening deeply, and treating every individual as she would her own family. Her philosophy centers on customized care that aligns with each patient’s skin type, goals, lifestyle, and budget.
Beyond aesthetics, Jessica is a passionate humanitarian who regularly volunteers her time and medical services to support underserved communities, local schools, veterans, and community wellness events. She is a proud mother of two adult sons; one works for the City of Mead and the other is a full time student at CU. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, crafting, water sports, and experiencing new cultures.
