I had a wonderful opportunity this weekend to offer bodywork to my Longmont community and it was such a beautiful experience. There were so many incredible practitioners offering their knowledge and services to the attendees. So much gratitude for this event. It’s a gift to provide opportunities for more affordable care services to our community! ✨ Thanks to all who came out this weekend to support not only your local practitioners but yourselves! 💞

I took some time away from the massage studio last week to play in the mountains with friends and family! 🏂🏔️ it was a really nice and much needed break. To top off a great week, I’ve scheduled myself an Apres Ski Massage session! Nothing like a 90 minute bodywork session after a week of skiing! 💆🏽♀️

Today I’m taking a moment to practice a little extra gratitude for my body—for its strength, its mobility, and its constant rhythm. I am so grateful to be able to use my body in a way that can assist others in feeling better and more at ease in theirs.
Take a breath and offer your body a little thank you for all it does. This container we live in is sacred, resilient, and worthy of our highest care.✨

Most of us spend our days stuck in Sympathetic Overdrive—in survival mode and that “fight or flight” mentality that keeps us on edge. While this helps us remain productive, it can also keep our muscles, body and mind in a state of constant tension and stress.
True healing happens in the Parasympathetic state—the “rest and digest” mode. It’s where our guard drops, our heart rate slows, and our bodies finally begin to decompress. The muscles literally receive signals to physically release when we get to this place.
In a world that doesn’t want us to slow down, massage is a powerful tool to manually “flip the switch” and give your nervous system the reset it deserves. ✨

🌿Thai Herbal Compresses🌿
These are easily one of my favorite tools in the treatment room. They provide a soothing, deep heat and gentle compression to perfectly prep the muscles. Not to mention they smell oh so delightful! ✨

Hi, my name is Deanna. I am a massage therapist in the Boulder area and have been practicing for 4 years. I’ve never met two bodies that move exactly the same way, so I don’t believe in giving the same massage twice. My practice is built around the idea that massage should be as specific and unique as the person receiving it.
My particular focus areas include injury prevention/recovery and prenatal massage. I curate sessions using a variety of techniques—including Myofascial Release, Swedish, and Trigger Point Therapy—to address your specific needs. Because of my background in Thai massage, I often also incorporate stretching and movement into my work when appropriate.
I look forward to connecting, networking and maybe even working together one day! Thanks for being here✨
