My must haves 💛
I don’t just chase symptoms. I address how your body moves. Combining cupping with active movement allows us to improve mobility while helping retrain healthy movement patterns for long term results.
I just LOVE telling on myself. Just know I’m taking the right steps to correct my problems. Biweekly adjustments, bodywork, exercises, stretches, & being self aware of what my shoulders are supposed to do and correcting myself while massaging, sitting, exercising, etc.
My compensation is not unique. It’s actually pretty common except most people don’t know how to fix it or that something is actually going on.

Pain isn’t always coming from the area that hurts. Often that area is working overtime because something else isn’t moving well. Massage helps calm down the overworked muscles, and stretching helps restore the mobility that’s causing the compensation. That’s why combining both often leads to better, longer lasting results.

I hope everyone is enjoying the Women’s College World Series 🥎 My favorite little (not so little) softball player is gearing up to head to Lafayette, LA. this weekend.
I love to see both sides of the game. Watching her prepare mentally, physically practicing multiple times a week, and pushing herself through game time and the other side helping her rest & recover.
