What does anti-aging mean to you?
Well to this client it means investing in her skin for the first time ever, “like she’s always wanted to” in her own words.
In this client’s case we started with focusing on clearing her pores and smoothing her texture. One reason for that is that results for those concerns are immediately noticeable and more easily achieved for short term goals. The next area of focus for us is evening skin tone from sun exposure and overall skin brightening. I think we are starting to see a good amount of results there as well but that goal takes more time than pores and texture. Usually a good 6 months or so. And finally our long term goal is wrinkles and firming, which we are starting to see some improvements in as well. In all honesty that can take up to a year of consistency with monthly treatments and daily effective home care products.
But at a quick glance all you can really notice is, wow her skin looks healthier and she’s looking younger and more radiant!
This client has been seeing me for about 8 months but was on hiatus while I was away for 3 months due to an emergency.

💫Some acne clearing magic while I was away!!!💫

So both of these beautiful ladies started their acne clearing journeys with me just days before my son’s accident. We did their initial consultations and treatments, they purchased their new home care products, I gave them detailed instructions of not just how to use them but how to progress them as well as a few non product techniques like icing and led light therapy. And then I had to leave town with no notice.
This is a huge part of why I rushed to get someone who I could bring in with no time to meet, hire or train due to the circumstances. My clients invest in me and rely on me and I take that role very seriously. THANK GOD Shelbi, someone who used to work for me years ago graciously agreed to step in and help me and my wonderful clients. Although we hadn’t worked together in many years Shelbi knows my style and was able to take my instructions from afar and keep my clients going as best we could.
Now that I’ve been back for about a month I’m starting to see most all of the clients again and I was excited to see these 2 over the weekend. Both had somewhat severe acne and both are progressing wonderfully.
Now that I’m back it’s time to make further adjustments to their routines with new product and get a bit more aggressive in treatment.
