2026 resolution?
Protect my peace like it’s a full time job…
and maybe slap some bound fascia while i’m at it.
She came in tense, drained, and hurting.
We moved energy. Released stuck fascia
and she walked out lighter💫 in her body and her soul.
This work isn’t just physical.
It’s nervous system healing. It’s emotional release and spiritual hygiene.
And sometimes, it’s laughing through the tears while blasting fascia that’s been holding sh*t since idk 2017*or something…we just finished a 9 year cycle soooo it fit😌
