I never thought I would be making a post like this, but in the world we are living in I am not surprised. I have been lashing for two years and this has NEVER happened. I trust that every client that books genuinely loves my work, but sometimes people have other intentions.

Brandie did not pay for the service, due to the fact that she did not like them. I always want my client satisfied with their lashes because that is my job. I love what I do.
I gave her two solutions which was to:
1. REMOVE THEM
2. FIX THEM
She didn’t want to do either.

This is a PSA FOR ALL MY TECH IN LOS ANGELES. She seems to do this often since she told me that it’s always a problem with techs when she gets a service done & what she had posted on her story. This is sad when people try to come up on business owners.
Due to this experience policies will change & be enforced.

How to speed up an appointment:
-

1. Minimizing the usage of phone during the appointment will help your lash artist focus on completing the lash set quicker and cleaner.

2. If you are talking during the appointment your eyelid may open and expose the sclera to the lash glue fumes and cause a chemical burn and or irritation.

3. Arriving to your appointment with clean lashes that have no make up will already complete the first step to applying lash extensions which will save you time. Your lash artist will appreciate you! 🤭

4. Lastly to save your self time during your appointment is to take naps while getting lashes you will be comfortable and before you know it your lashes will be complete!
