A key to life is knowing what season you’re in. This summer wasn’t a ‘pop out’ season for me, this was a ‘go deep to go far’ type of summer.

Spent the summer hyper-focused on myself. Deepening connections with loved ones. Learning what Grace means in action. What it feels like to be extended grace and to extend it to others. Grace is what sustains, it’s what creates longevity. It’s where the learning and growth is.

Im not leaving this summer how I started. Softer. Wiser. A true lover girl, forever. And now I’m ready for the harvest season. Give me all that I worked for.

Just a very small snippet of Curly Con 2025. They had so many brand booths, live demonstrations and entertainment. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a natural or curly girl. 💗

What I’ve been up to this quarter:

1. Went on a first date - I made this Love Is Blind inspired image the night before we saw each other again since first meeting. Living in different states, we FaceTimed everyday for hours on end for a couple months before our schedules aligned to see each other again. And I would joke with my friends that it felt like Love Is Blind except we know what the other looks like 🤭
2. It was 3am when I made these and I really cracked myself up lmao
3. Went to a play with my Ama
4. My friends couldn’t wait to hear how the first date weekend went lol
5. Spent time with my bestie and she brought me goodies back from her travels in Japan
6. I love me a Capricorn
7. Met up with a longtime friend to appreciate some art 🥰
8. Did a little shoot with my bestie and her husband (y’all thought I was soft launching this day and I wasn’t lol )
9. I love to learn and so I started studying the Bible and reading this book about Jesus and the Aramaic language. ( y’all remember my video about Job? lol)
10. My boo came to visit me for the first time. I’ve been single for 4 years and ~1.5 years of intentionally not dating so I can focus on myself and break cycles, I’m a girlfriend ☺️ lol
11. Celebrated my Tar Tar’s birthday 🌷
12. My boyfriend visited again and met one of my closest friends 🥹
13. He modeled for my brand. I think he did amazing
14. Watched my godson make 6 shots in a row lol
15. Visited Houston for the first time and had a lot of firsts. My friends are a such a fan of Jeff 🥹
16. Went to the rodeo for the first time and got to see him in his element
