ingredients 2 pounds beef short ribs, cut into 3-4 inch pieces
1 large onion, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
3 cups beef broth
2 cups dry red wine (or more broth)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 heads of garlic, with the tops removed
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon thyme, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme) 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary)
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped directions Brown the beef in a large, oven-safe, sauce pan over medium-high heat, about 3-4 minutes per side, and set aside before draining off all but 2 tablespoons of the grease. Add the onions, carrots, celery, and mushrooms and cook until tender, about 7-10 minutes. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about a minute. Add the broth, wine, tomato paste, heads of garlic, balsamic vinegar, bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, and beef, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer unto the beef is fall apart tender, about 2-3 hours. (Option: Transfer the pot to a preheated 350F/180C oven and roast, covered, until fall apart tender, about 2-3 hours. OR Transfer everything to a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-4

Keto Tex-Mex Stuffed Chicken Breasts π£ ββββββββββββββββββββ Follow .recipesπ For More Keto Tips and Keto Recipes.πΊπΈ ββββββββββββββββββββ Ingredients 1, 2 1/2-oz. bag Epic Pork Rinds 1 small yellow onion 2 poblano peppers 2 garlic cloves, skins removed 1 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil 1/4 cup Oaxaca cheese 1 Tbsp. cilantro leaves, chopped Optional: pico de gallo Directions Preheat oven to 350ΒΊF. Place pork rinds in a food processor and pulse until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs. Alternatively, place the pork rinds in a resealable bag that's closed, and use a rolling pin or a potato masher to crush the rinds until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs. Cut the stem off of the poblano pepper, and remove the seeds. Dice the pepper, onion, and garlic. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add avocado oil. When the oil is warm, add the onions, garlic, and peppers and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, stir, then remove from the heat. Slice chicken breasts lengthwise down the middle until you're about 3/4 of the way through the entire breast. Leave one side uncut so the breast has a little pocket. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a clean kitchen towel. Stuff the cooked onions and peppers equally into each chicken breast. Place half of the cheese in each chicken breast pocket. Coat the outside of each chicken breast with half of the mayo.Dump the pork rinds onto a plate. Place each mayo-coated chicken breast in the pork rind crumbs, pressing the crumbs into the chicken until each breast is completely coated. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet sprayed with avocado oil or lined with a silicone mat. Bake the chicken breasts for about 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ΒΊF. Ingredients
10Β eggs
1/2Β lbΒ gournd sausage
10Β slicesmozzarella cheese
salt & pepper taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook sausage through and add eggs.
Stir until cooked and set aside.
Place parchment paper on the cookie sheet and top with mozzarella cheese slices.
Bake cheese for 5-6minutes or until edges starts to brown. Remove cheese from the oven and allow to cool down.
Divide sausage and eggs evenly among the slices of cheese and roll.
Optional
Lightly grease your pan with butter and cook until crunchy.

Add olive oil, followed by the beef in a single layer. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 1 minute on each side, then remove from the skillet and set aside. Cook beef in batches to avoid crowding the pan. Reduce heat to medium, add butter, mushrooms, and onion to the pan, and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in beef stock, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add in the dijon, Worcestershire sauce, and sour cream until smooth and creamy and sauce begins to thicken, about 5 minutes.
