The unique barre crew signature workout blends the lengthening components of traditional barre class
barre crew has several membership options including live workouts via zoom and on-demand recordings you can do on your own time. Our athletic workouts are of various styles and lengths (ranging from 15 to 60 min) and the equipment used is optional (example: light weights and sturdy chair for barre work). We can't wait to bring in 2021 with love, positivity, and community...so we've made our live New Year's Day class FREE! The workout is at 10:45 am PST on Zoom. Register at www.barrecrew.com and invite anyone...the more the merrier! All equipment is always optional, and class is all-levels.
