As of January 2024 I will have a new cancellation policy.

Once your appointment is booked it will be a non refundable 50% charge of the service if you cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your service it will be the full cost of the service.

Of course, I understand unexpected things happen so this will be case by case.

Unfortunately, with my limited schedule and very tight bookings, it has a huge impact when people cancel, reschedule or no show.

Existing clients will not need to put down a deposit for appointments. New clients will need to put down a 50% deposit when booking.
