What you can eat before going to bed
If you are unable to fight the addiction of eating at night (or in the middle of the night), you can try to turn meals into healthy snacks. Such snacks are simply necessary for those who go to training in the afternoon: the body needs to restore its resource after exertion.

It is recommended to organize your diet in such a way that this interval is at least three hours. It turns out that you can eat after six in the evening, for example, around eight. But then you won't have to go to bed until eleven. Ideally, it is better to eat the largest daily portion of food before 15.00. In this case, the figure will not be affected.

Now experts look at the timing somewhat differently. They say: the main thing is not the time at which we have dinner, but the time that remains after that before going to bed.

The shorter the time interval between eating and sleeping, the greater the harm to the figure, well-being, health is a late dinner.

Let's return to the advice of Soviet nutritionists, which modern followers of a healthy lifestyle are trying to follow: do not eat after six in the evening.

Knowing the causes of the problem, it will be easier to deal with it. Bored? Urgently come up with an evening hobby for yourself. Stress at work? Instead of a bar of chocolate, drink mint tea with a spoonful of honey. No time to eat during the day? Get yourself an iron rule: "war is war, lunch is on schedule." Everything is in your hands, remember this!

Boredom. A busy working day is replaced by a calm evening. It's unclear what to do with yourself. Read it? Watch TV? Yes, but that's not enough. Pleasure is usually complemented by something delicious.
