BROWNIE WITHOUT FLOUR AND WITHOUT SUGAR
Ingredients
2 eggs;
1 cup of melted dark chocolate;
1/4 cup (tea) of vegetable milk;
3 tablespoons of coconut oil;
3/4 cup (tea) of sweetener (erythritol, stevia or thaumatin);
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder;
2 cups (tea) of almond flour (or other oilseed flour);
1/2 cup of dark chocolate, chopped (or in drops);
Cinnamon to taste (optional).
Method of preparation
1. In a container place the eggs, melted dark chocolate, vegetable milk, coconut oil, cocoa and sweetener and mix until the dough is smooth.
2. Gradually add the flour and stir slowly until incorporated into the dough.
3. Add the chopped chocolate and stir again.
4. Pour the batter into a greased tin and bake in the oven at a medium temperature, 170 to 180 Β°C, for 25 to 30 minutes. Don't let it bake completely, it turns into a cake. β
5. Remove and let cool. If you prefer, add dark chocolate as a topping.

Let's go for a Banana Shake?

INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond milk
1 large banana (preferably frozen)
ΒΌ cup oat
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5-6 ice cubes (optional if the banana is already frozen)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method of preparation:
Peel and slice the banana.
Add the fruit with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
Beat on low speed until the banana and the ice are very broken.
Beat on high speed for another minute. Serve up immediately.

PALETTE ON PRESSURE! OPTION FOR TODAY'S DINNER:

I seasoned approximately 1kg of the beef palette with garlic, onion, salt, chimichurri, mixed seasoning, and powdered mustard. In the pressure cooker, I put oil and let it heat up until smoke came out. Then I put the meat and let it brown on all sides! Then I added water to the level of the meat, 1 large chopped onion, 2 bay leaves, and 1 cup of tomato sauce. I closed it and left it on for about 40 minutes.
I removed the meat, waited for it to cool and, sliced. (If you slice it too hot, it will fall apart). For the sauce that was left in the pan, I went through a sieve, returned to the heat, added 2 tbsp of white vinegar, 1 tbsp of onion cream, green scent, olives, and mushrooms. That's why I didn't add salt, but you can evaluate. This sauce turns brown, looks like wood sauce π.

Guys, I made this simply wonderful recipe.
Below is step by step:
Ingredients:
1 kg of beef
100 g of bacon
1 large onion
3 basil leaves
1 cup of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of cumin
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of spicy paprika
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
5 fresh mint leaves
salt to taste
Accessories: Β· Meat grinder or food processor Β· Wooden BBQ sticks
Method of preparation:
Cut the meat and bacon into pieces and then pass them through the grinder. Cut the onion into pieces and mix with the meat, parsley, basil, mint, seasoning and salt. Pass the grinder again. Knead well and check seasoning. Form into balls and place in the fridge until ready to use. Remove from the refrigerator, shape the balls onto sausage sticks and bake in a medium oven until the meat is browned on the outside and soft on the inside.πππ
