The aroma of Cedar, also known as arborvitae or “tree of life” is said to be associated with the energy of centeredness and abundance. It is also considered to be one of the most steadfast oils for calming and focusing the mind. Much like the cedar tree itself, tall, strong, calm, and unhurried by time. Manufacturers are able to hide hundreds of harmful chemicals under the term “trade secret” because synthetics are simply cheaper to make. Perfume companies may load them with chemicals with zero transparency. About 95% of chemicals used in traditional synthetic perfumes are derived from petroleum also known as crude oil. They may carry benzene derivatives (carcinogenic properties) and many other toxic chemicals that may cause harmful reactions to our health
