another trip around the sun ☀️ landing on the autumn equinox and a combination of eclipses 🌖 this birthday I hold so close to my heart…

as time passes, I feel as if it only goes by faster each year. our loved ones pass through to their next journey, and we are left here with a missing piece of them that becomes a memory. 🪞 as I reflect on my last year, I really saw myself as a mirror, revealing parts of me to parts of you, helping each other heal and evolve. this life really showed me that you can make something amazing from nothing. that’s grit.
that you will go through the depths of hell, and you will be ok.

loving myself to the core is the best achievement this year, listening to my body and honoring me.
my greatest friend was my ego, it helped me truly see that it was my biggest obstacle.
taking care of my mental health and doing the things I love brought me to a new place, a new level of calm and presence for me and for my human experience.

the morning of my birthday, I woke up with snuggle kisses from my fur babies. we went to a photo booth museum, captured the cutest moments, and laughed with strangers.
the evening was filled with so much love from the most beautiful souls that I love so much. some I’ve known for over two decades, some for a decade, and some for less than a year, but all hold such a special place in my heart ♥️
