Sometimes I need the event as much as they need the event. Stepping away from all the work on my plate for a few hours this week was just what I needed to recenter. Bringing beauty and scent to people is what we do!

I spent a month prepping for the Hamnet premier project, crafting an immersive experience where guests could create personalized aromatherapy blends inspired by the film. For the setup I combined natural elements like stones, sticks, and herbs with materials like glass, wood, and cork. The blends I presented were:
📝 Remembrance (Rosemary, Lemon, Lavender)
🌲 Protection (Black Spruce, Lavender, Bergamot)
🛌 Restoration (Cedarwood, Lavender, Vetiver)
💕Mother’s Balm (Frankincense, Lavender, Rose, Bergamot)

This week, I had the honor of leading an aromatherapy workshop and intention setting meditation at , courtesy of the amazing team. What made this event truly special was reflecting on my journey - 24 years ago, I was a college intern on the set of America’s Sweethearts here at the Sony lot. Both of these moments fill me with gratitude for how far I’ve come.
