Keto Avocado and Bacon Egg Cups
Ingredients:
• 6 ripe avocados
• 6 eggs
• 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
3. Scoop out some avocado flesh to make room for the egg.
4. Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet.
5. Crack an egg into each avocado half.
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the eggs are set.
8. Top with crumbled or strips of bacon and chopped chives, or any garnish
