The sun sets a little earlier in the fall.
I hate it but fall sunsets are more beautiful.
When was the last time you caught a sunset?
Most wellness providers come in early and leave late
Pouring into everyone else and never taking care of themselves
The structure of your practice is key to differentiating yourself from being booked and busy vs being in demand
The difference being that you can take days off and leave early and client will wait for you when you are in demand.

I’m goin in!!
We are about 2 yrs into this episode and I still forget my mask sometimes.
But there are particular set of things that I never forget to do upon rising.
1. Pray/Meditate
This work takes a lot out you mentally so I must put back the elements that aid to confidence, strength and discipline.
2. Plan
Checkin with what was incomplete from the day before and pick up where I left off
3.Prepare
I get ready for the day everyday. Hair, makeup all, even when I’m not leaving the house. So I never have to get ready.
My morning routine nurtures the part of me that is depleted the most daily and that my mental space.
Without it there is no body bawse or Jessica Christine..
So always my mental space first!

The climb!! Every climb warrants a pit stop!
Not a break, just a breather!
Relieve yourself of all outside influences/stimuli.
I give myself a day to recoup, re-evaluate, or do nothing (this one is hard)
And somehow in that time, all mental blocks have somehow resolved themselves or are not as extreme as they may have appeared to be.
The path clears and structure forms organically, ease arrives.
This practice is a form of guidance that I’m working on practicing more.
When I need guidance, I seek it out. It gives ease to figuring things out and puts power behind actionable steps.
Recoup, then put action behind the growth of your wellness practice/brand.
