To make rice water: Rinse 1/2 cup uncooked rice, then soak in 1 cup water for 24 hours. Strain and store the liquid.

Mix 1/2 cup rice water, 1/4 cup rose water, and 1 tsp glycerin in a spray bottle.

Shake well before each use.
