In a nutshell I integrate physical therapy techniques with myofascial release bodywork. It is really about gaining as much information as possible in order to come up with an efficient treatment plan. I analyze static posture from all angles to give me an idea of overt imbalances that might be corroborated by my further biomechanical analysis. From the postural assessment I get verbal information

Pulled Hamstrings? These are challenging to rehab. Pulled hamstrings happen most commonly with athletes who extend the knee with hip flexion. For example martial arts athletes, gymnasts, dancers and soccer athletes are most common to suffer hamstring strains.
