This antioxidant kiwi mango smoothie is full of Vitamin C, fiber, minerals and antioxidants

Sometimes it's hard to incorporate all the fruits and veggies I want into our diet. This is why I switched to smoothies. We have at least one meal a day, sometimes for breakfast and other times as a snack or even at dinner.

😋😋😋Full recipe:
1 medium kiwi (2.5 oz or 1/2 cup chopped)
3 medium strawberries (3 oz or 1/2 cup chopped)
1/2 cup mango (3 oz or 1/2 cup chopped)
1/2 banana (2 oz)
15 young spinach leaves (0.5 oz or 1/2 cup or 1 small handful)
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 cup water or ice cubes

Dinner tonight is Chicken, Bacon & Broccoli Alfredo 🥳 _________________________
6 leftover chicken tenders, 6 pieces of cooked bacon, microwaved broccoli & a double batch of Alfredo Sauce (recipe below)

Alfredo Sauce:
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
Salt & Pepper to taste

Add ingredients one at a time in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until everything is melted together, about 5 or 6 minutes.

Beautiful & worthy before & after. My wedding day was the best day of my life no matter what size I was and I have no regrets that I was still heavy. Just a reminder that if you’re setting heath related goals for the new year that you are strong and capable of doing hard things and accomplishing whatever you want, no matter where you are in your journey.

At my heaviest, I made the decision to improve my health and get active. I lost 80 pounds and truly felt alive. I fell many times, but I got back up every single time.

At my lowest weight, I optimized my health and overcame many fears of life I had. I challenged myself to get out of my bubble and try new things. I fell many times, but I got back up every single time.

Now, I’m growing a human and facing a whole other set of challenges and victories. I’m learning to truly appreciate my body for what it’s capable of.

We are worthy. We are strong. We are capable. We are enough. No matter where you are. Don’t think you have to be a whole new person to accomplish something. You already have everything you need inside of you.

Everything Chaffle ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 heaping Tbsp almond flour
• cracked black pepper
• garlic powder
• onion powder
• everything but the bagel seasoning
• 2 heaping Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese (to place directly on the mini waffle maker). This will make the chaffle crispy on the outside.

This mixture will make two mini chaffles.

Add the fixings you like to the sandwich and enjoy!

I’m still not sure what to call these. Egg fritters, egg waffles, clean Chaffles, but all I know is they are delicious!!

Serving size is 5!!
350 calories
7g Net carbs
25 G protein
24g fat.

Ingredients
1/2 cup cauliflower rice
1/2 cup broccoli chopped
2-3 eggs I used 3
2 tbsp almond flour
