Hi moms,
Feeling like the luckiest person alive after becoming a mom!
If you want to rest today, it’s okay to take a break from being superwoman. We need to refill our own cup, slow down, do less- because if we don’t, eventually the whole system starts to fray at the edges.
As I raise my daughter, I think of my own amazing mom, who worked full-time while raising three kids.
I don’t think I ever saw her being deeply supported or taking time to care for herself. Even I find this difficult to do, but I know my ability to be a present mother depends on it.
Mothers need support.
We need to fill our own cup.
That’s something I hope to model for my daughter 🌸
