Just a quick shout-out to all the women who started their own thing due to the pandemic! Either if you have been laid off, your work hours reduced, or just wanted a change in scenery - Congrats on making big moves! 🙌

I personally was laid off from my Fashion Design role with a corporate company due to the pandemic, and was honestly pretty bummed out about it. But I also felt blessed because I always wanted to start my own creative business in whatever form it would take. And with some hustle + sew (yea what a corny pun 😋) I get to hand make cute masks and sell them on Etsy! Now I get to help out others (even if just a little), instead of a big corporation, while being able to express myself creatively! 💓

As the saying goes, when life hands you lemons, make lemonade! 🍋🍋🍋
