Although it may seem harmless to squeeze that pimple, unfortunately there is no way to properly prep the skin from home. Additionally, we often end up applying too much pressure, or introducing bacteria from our nails and hands which can lead to angry, inflamed skin and breakouts, not to mention picking can lead to lingering dark spots.
