1. Make Time for Youself - Making Time for yourself can be hard BUT it's a Must to give yourself a chance to Get your mindset on track. I like to take this time in the Morning to prepare mentally for the day.

2. Pamper Yourself - Pampering can anything that gives you a sense of relaxing. Whether it's a bath, getting your nails done or just reading a good book. For me it's reading a mindset or Mystery Book

3. Embrace Your Natural Self - Beautiful People this is IMPORTANT!! Your Natural Self is beautiful. This took me awhile to get to this point in my life esp after Having kids and my body changed. But it's Possible with the Right Mindset

4. Have a Morning & Night Time Skin Routine - We all need a good Skincare Routine to help maintain our Natural Glow. I never had much of a Routine BUT after Finding the Right Products I can't go w/o doing it Daily

5. Give your Hair some TLC Time - Beauties, Your Hair is your Crown!! Give it that proper TLC it Deserves. My Natural Hair Journey has had it's ups and down...BUT I've stayed consistent with it and I wouldn't have it any other way

6. LOVE YOURSELF ALWAYS - MOST IMPORTANT!! You gotta Love yourself Flaws n all Because Loving Yourself is what gives you the Confidence to Conquer ANYTHING you set your Mind to do. Loving myself has given me such a Boost of Confidence that I'm able to Follow my Dreams that will Benefit Myself and Family

I was too busy tending to my family needs as I should BUT I neglected to tend to my own needs.

I Never Expected for an Opportunity to Knock on My door that would Bless Me and My Family on So many Different Levels. I can honestly say I was Skeptical about Partnering up with a Network Marketing Company.

-I had absolutely No Training in Networking or Marketing.
-I had Very Lil Followings on Social Media
-I had Low Self Confidence in my ability to make this Opportunity work for Me and My Family
-Most Importantly I was not Financial Stability

But in reality it was me allowing Limiting Beliefs to Hold me Back & Down from Achieving Greatness.
