Thinking about self regulation. In Biodanza we practice self regulation. It simply means that we learn to listen to our body and pay attention to what it is telling us. If I see that my body is tired, then I do less that day. If I see that my body tells me that I have a lot of energy today, then I do more. regulation # practicing listening to my body awareness
