One thing I’ve learned over the years is that the best surgical decisions come from understanding the full picture. 👍

The first thing I tell patients is that an arm lift does leave a scar. While scars typically soften and fade over time, every procedure involves a balance of trade-offs. During your consultation, we’ll talk through the incision, what to expect during recovery, and scar care to help your incision heal as well as possible.

I also remind patients that not everyone needs the exact same procedure. Some people benefit from an arm lift alone, while others achieve the best result by combining it with liposuction. That’s why a personalized evaluation is so important.

At the end of the day, my goal isn’t just to remove excess skin… it’s to help you feel more comfortable, more confident, and enjoy your results for years to come.

My favorite results are the ones where friends simply say, "You look great," without being able to put their finger on why. 😁

That's because a facelift isn't about creating a new face. It's about restoring what time has gradually changed by repositioning the deeper tissues, softening jowls, and refining the jawline in a way that still looks like you.

Many patients are surprised to hear that the answer is actually no. 👀

If your breast implants are intact, you’re happy with the way they look and feel, and you’re not experiencing any problems, there may be no reason to replace them.

That said, implants aren’t considered lifetime devices. Over time, things can change, whether it’s the implant itself, your body, or your aesthetic goals. If you develop a rupture, capsular contracture, or simply decide you’d like a different size or shape, that’s when we start talking about revision surgery.

That’s why I encourage patients to think less about the calendar and more about regular follow-up visits. Staying in touch with your plastic surgeon and paying attention to any changes is the best way to make sure your implants continue to look and feel their best.
