Designed to disappear into the landscape, this living space is defined by clean lines, natural materials, and walls of glass that dissolve the boundary between indoors and out. Every detail is considered to create a home that feels calm, timeless, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Architecture that elevates the everyday.

The house is organized as two gestures: a solid timber volume above, cantilevered to shade the terrace, and a glazed living level below that gives itself entirely to the view. Between them, the pool runs the full length of the elevation before disappearing over the edge — so the water reads as continuous with the sea beyond it. Travertine underfoot, palms at the perimeter, the coastline doing the rest.

A birdseye view of our Bel Air residence — a house that settles into the ridge rather than crowning it. Terraces step down the natural grade, the living level opens west to the canyon, and the pool is held at the very edge of the pad, reading from above as a sheet of water suspended over the hillside. Quiet from the air. Nothing but view from inside.

Our Stone Ridge Residence is perched high above the desert landscape, a study in seamless indoor-outdoor living. Timeless olive groves weave through a modern architectural canvas, creating a dialogue between old and new—an iconic vision rooted in place, yet distinctly forward-looking.

Perched above the city, our Marcheeta project is defined by quiet restraint and commanding views. As daylight fades, the architecture settles into the landscape while the horizon comes alive with the lights of Los Angeles beyond.

We are honored to receive the 2026 Gold Award from the Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards for our Makana Estate—a floating pavilion residence on Oʻahu’s North Shore for its exceptional design, innovation, and creative intelligence, selected from ultra high end residences from around the globe. It is a celebration of architecture shaped by landscape, light, and place.
