We want our page to be a positive place for fans to discuss our products and ask us questions. We appreciate the different opinions that come across this page and in order to keep this a fun, informative and friendly place for all, here are some rules of the road regarding certain types of posts.

1) Posts containing profanity. These will be deleted immediately, and the poster may be bann

ed from the page, in our sole discretion.

2) Posts mentioning competitor’s products. We know about these products and competition is a good thing but we will not allow discussion of them on our page. These posts will be deleted and repeat violators may be banned, in our sole discretion.

3) Spam. It should go without saying, but if you are posting spam the post will be deleted and the poster will be banned immediately with no warning. We reserve the right to determine what is and isn't spam at our sole discretion.

4) Any post that encourages our fans to buy our products from eBay. These will be deleted immediately and the poster may be banned from the page, in our sole discretion, if repeat violations occur. While we appreciate that many of you may buy and sell items on eBay, including our own products, we will not allow promotion of such actions here. We have several authorized purchase outlets and eBay is not one of them.

5) Negative posts that ask no question or do not describe the nature of a problem in a way that allows us to help and are just insulting, in our sole discretion. We are here to help, and this page is for people to seek our help, and we encourage all posters to give us a chance to do so. But If you are simply posting to "troll" our page or insult us, the post will be deleted and the poster may be banned, in our sole discretion.

6) Posts about Guthy-Renker will be closely monitored and moderated. We cannot anticipate problems that may occur with their customer service and we may remove posts that come across as overly negative, in our sole discretion. We cannot directly access information about their customers so, while we will try and find out what is going on, this can take some time.

7) Posts offering WEN for sale or trade directly on our page. Our page is not intended to be a store for random posters to re-sell our products or trading post. So, please do not use it as such. Posts offering WEN for sale or trade will be deleted, in our sole discretion. For any issues or concerns regarding orders with Guthy-Renker, please email us at [email protected].
