Eek--October is over! How did that "happen"? My favorite thing from my October Ipsy bag...... Meet Matt(e) Hughes in Committed by The Balm cosmetics. I am just calling this heaven in a bottle. The color is a perfect peachy rose. The formula goes on super smooth. The matte is matte without being dry and flakey even after wearing for hours on end. [ 48 more words. ]
