About 3 months between maintenances- we like to keep the lines clean and tidy ‘round here! These baby locs have come a long way since I got my mitts on ‘em. Love to watch them mature and connect with the homie .90 🤩🤌

8-9 months between maintenances, about 3 hours to crochet from the roots down about 5 inches to make sure to tuck in ALL of that new growth. 🪄🤌

Our once yearly root maintenance session! Some people like to keep it looking natural most of the time and some like it tight, tidy, and lined up…I don’t judge- here to suit your preferences 24/7, 367!

A year post cancer diagnosis and chemo, I had the honor of reattaching the locs I’ve cared for for many years, on one of my beloved clients!! Nearly 70 years old and she couldn’t be happier to have her tentacles back. Age doesn’t mean a thing when it comes to expressing and feeling like yourself.
One of the most rewarding parts of this work! 🙏💖

A new full set of locs, extra special- as we added her first set of locs from 30 years ago that were started via neglect method on Grateful Dead tour! A super cool part of her journey and history set to have some new life and experiences! ⚡️🌹
