• A – Asymmetry: one half does not match the other
• B – Border: irregular, uneven, or blurred edges
• C – Color: multiple shades or uneven pigmentation
• D – Diameter: larger than a pencil eraser
• E – Evolving: any change in size, shape, or color

☀️ Simple habits that protect your skin:
• Wear broad spectrum SPF daily, even on cloudy days
• Reapply sunscreen every two hours when outdoors
• Avoid peak sun hours when possible
