Pumpkin Better than S*x Cake...
Ingredients:
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 small can pumpkin puree
• 1 – 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 – 8 oz. tub cool whip
• 1/2 bag Heath Bits
• Caramel Sundae Sauce
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and pumpkin puree until a smooth batter forms.
2. Pour batter into a well greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 350º according to the directions for a 9×13 cake on the cake mix box.
3. Let cool for about 10 minutes after baking. Using the bottom of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Spread the cool whip over top of cake. Sprinkle on the heath bits, and drizzle caramel over top (just to your liking). Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or overnight (best).

PIZZA ZUCCHINIS
INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini, washed well and ends cut off
¼ cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray cooking spray (or lightly wipe olive oil on baking sheet).
Slice zucchini into ¼" slices and place on baking sheet.
Spread sauce on top of slices.
Top with mozzarella cheese and any other pizza topping you'd like.
Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown, remove and cool.
Enjoy!

PINE LIME SLICE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz can of coconut water
1 cup of ice
4-5 cm slice of fresh pineapple, diced and cored
Juice of half a lime
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
Directions:
Throw it all into powerful blender or food processor and process at the highest speed until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 small jars or glasses
VARIATIONS:
1.Make it minty
Add a few sprigs of fresh mint.
2.Ice blocks
Freeze it into ice block moulds for a refreshing, healthy, frozen treat. Even add cubes of pineapple into the mould for a bit of texture.
3.A tropical cocktail
Add a shot of vodka for a tropical inspired cocktail.
