Meet the Summer Flavor Duo!!! 🌿🌶️ A seasonal pairing of Basil and Chili flavored olive oils that brings the garden and the grill straight to your plate. And for a limited time only, you can snag it for 10% off!
Our favorite way to use them together? 🍝 Make your favorite red sauce pasta with a generous drizzle of Ardor Chili Oil, top with fresh mozzarella (or burrata!) and flaky salt and a finishing pour of Arise Basil Oil. This may be our fanciest snack plate yet!!! 👀 Full of May’s finest: strawberries, cherries and basil dressed in our Balsamic Vinegar, sugar snap peas, Castelvetrano olives drizzled with our Champagne Vinegar, salt & vinegar chips, prosciutto, a fresh baguette toasted in Awake EVOO, and arugula dressed in Alive EVOO & topped with shaved parm and flaky salt. 🍓🍒🫒

Dirty Martini Mignonette:
• 12 Oysters (we love )
• 1 small shallot, finely minced (about 2 tablespoons)
• 2–3 queen olives (or your favorite green olive), finely chopped
• 1/4 cup Brightland Parasol Champagne Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive brine
• 1 tablespoon dry vermouth
• 1 tablespoon vodka
• 1 tablespoon Brightland Olive Oil
• Salt & pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a jar and shake to emulsify. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
